On Monday, October 3rd, we experienced a service disruption with our backend payment processing partner that caused some payments to fail for Storable Payments customers. The issue has been resolved and any failed authorizations have been reversed.
You may notice “Terminal only refunds” in the SiteLink Web Edition credit card payment report from October 4th for these transactions. Please note, if there is a duplicate authorization on a tenant's card, it will fall off within 3 - 10 days and the tenant will not be charged multiple times. Additionally, the correct funds will be deposited in your bank.
